Any pricing shown or discussed on this website is for general guidance only. A binding price is provided only in a written estimate after an inspection of your property. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate and may change if the scope of work changes or if hidden conditions, such as rotted decking or unforeseen damage, are discovered once work begins. We will inform you before performing any additional work beyond the agreed scope.

Service Agreements

Roofing work is performed under a separate written agreement that sets out the scope, materials, price, timeline, payment terms, and warranty for your specific project. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed agreement governs that project.

Workmanship and Warranties

Material warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and are subject to their terms. Our workmanship warranty, where offered, is described in your written service agreement. Warranties may be affected by factors outside our control, including severe weather, lack of maintenance, alterations by others, or pre-existing structural conditions.

Insurance Claims

Where we assist with hail, wind, or storm damage insurance claims, we provide inspection and documentation to support your claim. We do not control whether an insurer approves a claim or the amount it pays, and we make no guarantee as to claim outcomes.
